In the lush bamboo forests of Moganshan in Deqing, Zhejiang, Xiang Hengwang, the head of Zhejiang Moganshan Bamboo Tea Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhejiang Deqing Moganshan Wild Tea Culture Co., Ltd.), was officially hired as a forestry local expert in Zhejiang Province for his deep cultivation and outstanding contributions in the field of bamboo tea. He also served as a director of the Zhejiang Underforest Economic Association, writing a chapter in the revitalization of the Moganshan bamboo tea industry with his local feelings and professional abilities.

1、 Emotions as a guide: from childhood memories to the original intention of the industry
 
Xiang Hengwang's bamboo tea complex is deeply rooted in two precious childhood memories. One passage is "When I was a child, I followed my mother up the mountain to pick wild tea from the bamboo forest." The fragrance of tea on the mountain and my mother's figure became his initial attachment to tea in his heart; The other paragraph is "When I was a child, I went to the field with my dad to dig sweet potatoes. My dad said, 'Son! Soil is more precious than gold and more important than human life.' My father's teachings helped him understand the value of land and laid the foundation for his concept of respecting nature and protecting the ecology.
 
With this sentiment, Xiang Hengwang resolutely returned to his hometown in 2008 and started his entrepreneurial journey by contracting Zhulin Mountain. In order to make more people appreciate the charm of Moganshan tea culture, he specially planned to create a tea song called "Asking for Tea", which integrates the warmth of picking wild tea in childhood and the love for tea into the melody, using music as a medium to let the tea aroma of Moganshan spread far with the song.

Adhering to the reverence for the land, Xiang Hengwang combines the ecological advantages of Moganshan with his own practice to innovate and construct three characteristic industrial models of "bamboo tea symbiosis, bamboo medicine symbiosis, and bamboo forest tourism":

-Bamboo Forest Tourism: Explore the cultural connotations of bamboo and tea, develop tea tourism integration experience projects, allow tourists to immerse themselves in the fun of bamboo forest tea picking and making, and promote the transformation of the industry from single planting to diversified development of "ecology+culture+tourism".

 
3、 Empowering scientific research: driving industries towards high standards
 
Knowing that scientific research is the core driving force of industrial development, Xiang Hengwang leads Zhejiang Mogan Bamboo Tea Industry Co., Ltd. and collaborates deeply with Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, and Zhejiang Academy of Forestry to build a collaborative innovation platform for industry, academia, and research. Under his promotion, the team successfully overcame the challenge of large-scale cultivation of bamboo forest wild tea, and the related technological achievements helped bamboo forest wild tea be successfully included in the national "14th Five Year Plan" key research and development plan (bamboo and tea special project).
